Spasms of free thought

An impromptu revival...

Hello there!

Long time no see, you cyberspace dogs!

How are you all?

I haven't heard from any of you in a little bit. And you're busy with lives so full of who knows what you all seem to ignore me. Well, boo to you. Take a break and laugh with me. Look down and see what you have to see. See that what will be occuring today will not be the product of your innocence, but instead of your malice and misunderstanding...

I dunno what I just said, and I don't know why. :P

Buttt...Well, I guess I should post something. Oi.

Today's post features a poem that was published in the Young Poets electronic magazine; it's my first official electronic publication. Woof. :P

Tell me your thoughts and whatnot. Original link:

My obsessive unexploitation of the Free Verse
By Suzanne Helen James
This is a free verse,
Something I'm not gonna curse.
The rules are what I strive for,
Though I admit, I've strayed once before.
Tempted by the twisting of rhyme,
I'd watch it pour out like wine.
For a while, it was a habit...
But in the end, my love was to make words fit.
If I could stretch again and look to disorder,
This time I'm afraid I'll get lost forever!
I'm trying to make every word an obsession,
Though the rhyme is my ultimate addiction!
As you can see,
Free verse is something that can never be!
I try to say things out of the blue
After all, I've been there so you know it's true!
I could try to change, if I may,
But I don't think I'll want to see the day!
So I will accept my pet peeve, my little excess.
Random, cluttered words are not pretty...in fact, they're a mess!

Thoughts? As always, they're appreciated.

Ps; I can't believe I'm doing this, but I'm going to have a professional twitter account. It is only for professional reason and I will post future and current writings to look out for. So comment here or as a tweet:
